FAQ

How do I place an order?
Before purchasing content write down the model name and set name(s) you want to buy. Click one of the buy now buttons which takes you to our license agreement form. Complete the license agreement form and click submit. You are then forwarded to our online store where you can browse content by model's name. When you are finished shopping checkout and complete our billing form to complete your transaction.

How are orders processed?
All orders are processed maually to ensure customer information is correct and valid. We check your domain registration records to verify your email address matches your site registration records. If you have a private registration or your email address is different you must be able to create a page on the same domain listing the same email and postal address submitted in your license agreement.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed immediately and no later than the next business day. You will often be able to download your order. Domestic orders to be shipped are usually received in 5 to 7 days after payment. International orders to be shipped are usually received in 7 to 14 business days.

How do I download my photos sets purchased?
After we verify your billing and license agreement info we'll send an email with time sensitive URL link to download your order. (Be sure to select download service from our delivery options in the billing area.) You can then download the content free of any service charges.

Can I receive my purchased sets on CD?
Yes, we'd be glad to mail your purchase on CD. A shipping & handling fee is added for orders shipped by CD. As soon as we receive payment confirmation, your order is shipped on the next possible shipment.

Will I be billed again?
No, once you pay for the images, you will never be charged again for them, unless you wish to add additional domains past the limit of 1 website domain.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We do not accept checks! We accept VISA, MASTERCARD. or DISCOVER credit/debit cards only. Payments may be postal mailed using a money order made out to VRL and mailed to P.O. Box 38248, Hollywood, CA 90038. Direct wire transfers are accepted. Large international orders must be paid by direct wire transfer. Please EMAIL US for additional required banking information.

Are the photos edited?
No, all photos are raw images with no major editing done to them.

What do I get when I purchase a set?
All photos sets come with uncompressed digital images a minimum of 640 X 480 in size or larger. Some sets we do offer the option of high resolution or low resolution formats.

What is a license?
A non-exclusive license is an agreement between Imagine Pics and you allowing legal permission to use purchased images on your website. A license does not give you any copyright or ownership rights of the images. It only allows you limited rights to use purchased images on the website listed in your agreement. We hold copies of model releases and model ID's in our office. Rest assure we are in compliance of the updated US compliance codes 2257 as of June 23rd 2005. Upon request we will provide copies of original model releases and model ID's. We adhere to strict rules and standards for selling content and do not sell or distribute content that has not been legally verified for model's age, identity, or authenticity.

Do you offer custom content or exclusive license for content?
Exclusive/custom shoots shoots of certain models. Check models profile for availability. Exclusive licenses may be purchased for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months exclusivity.

When does my license go into effect?
Upon purchasing a photo set, you may use the photos immediately upon receiving them.

Do I have to mail you a copy of the license agreement?
No, you receive a copy of the agreement via email when you complete and submit the license form online. After careful review of who is records and proof of website ownership your order is then processed and available for download or shipment.

How long is my license agreement valid?
The license agreement is a lifetime license for the person who's name appears on the license. If you sell a website to other individuals or companies, they may not continue to use the images you have licensed from us. They must contact us to purchase a license to use the photo images.

Is my license valid for more than one website?
Photos covered under the license may be used on 1 domain that you own. If you require a license for more domains, please contact us.

Do I have to fill out the license agreement each time I buy a new set?
Yes, we will simply add a copy of each order to your existing file, so we will know which sets you have.

Can I put my logo, site URL, or text on the pictures?
Yes, you can modify the images to advertise your websites, as long as it is not a claim to ownership nor a claim to copyright.

Can I use these for logo or banners?
Yes, you can use the photo images for any design need your licensed sites may have for no extra fees as long as they are not resold as stated in the license agreement.

Can I give away free images to webmasters who send me traffic?
No, you may not give away or trade any content purchased from Imagine Pics.

Are there any other license fees?
No. The price includes all content licensing fees.
